We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return address and location clarification
We operate as an online-only business and do not accept walk-in customers. Our physical address is used for business registration and daily operations. We use a separate mailing address only for customer returns and mail handling. This return mailing address functions strictly as a return processing location. It is not a retail store and not a public warehouse. We use this address to keep returns secure, tracked, and handled separately from business operations.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must only be sent to the return address provided in the approval email. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, return the original product once approved. After the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@nsdgamingsupply.com
